I made rainbow waffles for a snack on the weekend afternoon. It's my father's birthday, so I grilled duck bulgogi for lunch, but I feel empty that I have to eat something in the afternoon...It was a rainbow waffle that I was only thinking about. I made it simple using a commercially available mix.
