Cooking Steps

Prepare the nutritional chives in a circle of thumb and index finger, about the size of a coin.

Soak chives and dallae in baking soda water.
STEP 4/7
Mix water and acorn powder until well blended.
STEP 5/7
Mix ingredients in acorn flour water.
STEP 6/7
Put a spoonful of cooking oil in a rolled pan and fry acorn pancakes. After about five minutes, the color of the acorn comes out and you can see it ripening.

Turn over when half cooked.
Acorn pancakes are delicious even when they are hot, but when the steam is gone, the chewy texture disappears and becomes more delicious.
