Prepare the nutritional chives in a circle of thumb and index finger, about the size of a coin.

Soak chives and dallae in baking soda water.

Mix water and acorn powder until well blended.

Mix ingredients in acorn flour water.

Put a spoonful of cooking oil in a rolled pan and fry acorn pancakes. After about five minutes, the color of the acorn comes out and you can see it ripening.
