Cooking Steps

Remove withered or yellow leaves from water parsley.
STEP 2/7
Blanch water parsley in boiling water (+ 1/2T of salt) over high heat for about 1 minute and 20 seconds.

Then wash several times in cold water, and drain thoroughly.

And cut it once horizontally and twice vertically.

Slice onions, white green onions, and peppers thinly.

Now add the fish sauce, red pepper powder, onion, and minced garlic to the water parsley and mix well.
