Let's stir-fry dried anchovies gently
I brought a box of 2kg anchovies and put them on the veranda By the end of the day, it became a snack because it was too dry.. I was thinking about making anchovy powder with a blender I found a way lol

Ingredients
  • Anchovy
    300g
  • Cheongju
    4T
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • plum extract
    1/2T
  • Red pepper powder
    2T
  • chili
    2ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Pour the alcohol into the dried anchovies and keep the lid closed
Leave it for a couple of hours
STEP 2/5
It doesn't matter if it's not murky like makgeolli
Cooking wine is good, too. Cheongju, soju, fruit wine..
I have some rice wine, so I put it on
You don't have to sprinkle too much. Pour a little more than the amount of alcohol you put in when you stir-fry anchovies, mix the bottom and top, and close the lid
STEP 3/5
Make stir-fried anchovies with softened anchovies for a couple of hours
Stir-fry it for a while so that the moisture disappears
STEP 4/5
Add sliced peppers diagonally
Add soy sauce, plum extract, and red pepper powder and shake it over high heat
I skipped sugar because it was sweet
I'll add some sweetness
STEP 5/5
Stir-fried anchovies are done
I'll leave out sesame oil for stir-fried anchovies that I'll keep for a few days
If you eat it right away, put a bit of sesame oil on it
