STEP 1/17
Kale is so nutritious that it is one of the world's top 10 superfoods, and it is famous for its anticancer and intestinal effects, and it also lowers blood cholesterol levels, improving hypertension and lowering blood sugar. It's rich in antioxidants, iron and calcium, and it contains a lot of beta-carotene, which is good for the eyes. However, it is said that it is not good for people with weak stomachs to eat a lot at once because it is a cold food.
There are a few kinds of kale, and I can only see what it looks like here. In Korea, it is called curly kale, but there seems to be no big difference in efficacy regardless of the type. For curly kale, you can remove the leaves from the stem and tear them apart to eat. If there are many types of ssam kale in Korea, it would be good to shred the leaves.
STEP 2/17
Vegetables that will go together are also very helpful for diabetes and other adult diseases. These are onions, celery, carrots, and tomatoes that are mostly included in Western soup, and I think they are perfect for blood vessel cleaning.
You can chop it into small pieces or chop it into pieces.
STEP 3/17
If I cut the onion too finely, it would sink under the soup, so I shredded it long. Add 2T of olive oil and 1T of ground garlic and stir-fry the onions.
STEP 4/17
When onions are out of breath, add celery and tomatoes
STEP 5/17
Add chopped carrots and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/17
You can quickly flip it over high heat,
STEP 7/17
The kale is bulky, so I put two handfuls in three times.
STEP 8/17
Put two handfuls and rummage
STEP 9/17
Two more handfuls
STEP 10/17
I'll rummage through it and mix it
STEP 11/17
Put in the last two handfuls
STEP 12/17
Toss the kale until it dies.
STEP 13/17
I used commercially available chicken broth. It would be better to make it yourself, but it takes too long to use it, so I buy fat free, low sodium on sale. If you don't have broth, you can use water. I sometimes boil it with bottled water because I didn't buy anything, but it has a clean taste because there are a lot of vegetables.
STEP 14/17
If I pour 2 packs of broth, it's less than 2 liters, so I added water. Low sodium is also seasoned well, so even if you add plain water, it's not bland.
STEP 15/17
Season with salt if it is not commercially available broth or if it is not seasoned at all by using plain water.
STEP 16/17
Kale is said to be more nutritious when eaten raw, so don't boil it for too long and turn off the heat within 5 minutes after it boils.
STEP 17/17
You can eat it with pepper powder or parsley powder if you like.
If you're not a diabetic, but eat it as a health precaution, you can cook pasta and eat it as much as you want.
