This dish was made with the idea of a Japanese bowl of rice,
I don't really like mushrooms, but I enjoyed them. :)
Since this dish is a healthy dish, the ingredients will be a little different from usual.
All ingredients are good for diabetes and blood health.
But they're all substitute ingredients, so I think it'd be good to make them according to the situation Haha
(Sugar -> Stevia Sugar / White Rice -> Mixed Grain Rice or Bean Rice / Use 1 onion instead of 1/2 onion)
