STEP 1/13
#1. Cut the sausage.
I cut the sausage in half because it's thick because it's for camping
You can just use regular Vienna sausages.
STEP 2/13
#2. Put spaghetti noodles in the prepared sausage.
It's better to stick it evenly on all sides than to stick it in one place.
[Tip] This process is good for kids.
Children enjoy it and eat it more because they are proud to participate in cooking.
I leave it to the children and boil water and prepare vegetables.
STEP 3/13
#3. Slice the vegetables thinly.
On this day, boiled spinach was included in the ingredients, but it is an optional vegetable, and the color is pretty and good even with broccoli.
STEP 4/13
#4. Put the prepared vegetables in a heated pan
Saute for a very short time with 1 spoon of olive oil each.
They can be eaten raw, so you don't have to stir-fry them until they're cooked, and the crunchy taste is very good.
If you stir-fry it for too long, the vegetables become like porridge, and the texture is not good.
STEP 5/13
Please prepare stir-fried vegetables like this.
STEP 6/13
#5. When the water boils, add 2 spoons of olive oil and 0.5 spoons of salt, then boil the prepared noodles. (Spoon is based on rice spoon)
Spaghetti noodles vary from company to company, but they are often boiled for 8-10 minutes,
I boil it for about 10 minutes and it stops when the color of the noodles comes out a little white like in the picture.
[Tip] In this process, the additives in the sausage are removed, so you can enjoy the sausage safely.
STEP 7/13
#6. Pour 2-3 spoons of olive oil and mix them evenly in the noodles.
That way, the noodles won't get soggy.
STEP 8/13
#7. Stir-fry onion and garlic over high heat.
STEP 9/13
#8. Pour in the tomato sauce.
STEP 10/13
#9. When the sauce boils, add the spaghetti noodles and mix well.
It's all cooked, so you just have to mix it.
STEP 11/13
If you add basil leaves, the flavor becomes richer, but if you don't have it, you can skip it.
(Basil lube is a dried and powdered herb called basil.)
STEP 12/13
#10. Finish by mixing with the stir-fried vegetables prepared in step 4.
STEP 13/13
#11. Put it in pretty and enjoy it
The additives in the sausage are removed while boiling with the noodles.
When frying vegetables, the point is to stir-fry them slightly over high heat to enhance the texture.
If you plug the noodles into the sausage, it breaks easily and requires children's concentration, but it will be a fun and enjoyable time^^
