oven-baked skewers
I'm posting a cooking post late today. I only did this at night. I cleaned the kitchen, put on blinds, and my partner came and did it, but what did I do all day??? Anyway, let's say I was busy... So I looked through the refrigerator late and looked for what to do, and I saw Vienna sausage, so I grilled skewers.

Ingredients
  • Vienna sausage
  • Cheese rice cake
  • leek
  • Wasabi mayonnaise
  • Seasoned soy sauce
  • Salt
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I cut the green onions into the size of sausage or cheese rice cakes and put the green onions, sausage, and cheese rice cakes on the skewers in order.
STEP 2/6
I have to make a cut on the sausage before I put it on the skewer, but after putting it on, I think lol
Make cuts before inserting.
STEP 3/6
I need to make teriaci sauce and put it on. When should I make it's... I looked for some sauce in the refrigerator, and I wanted to do something different with ketchup, honey mustard, and pork cutlet sauce. I looked through it a little bit and found wasamayo stir-fried noodles with soy sauce. I wondered how it would be if I put this on.
STEP 4/6
I didn't know what wasamayo soy sauce would taste like, so I added salt.
STEP 5/6
I'm going to bake it in the oven, so I put paper foil on the pan and preheated it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
STEP 6/6
It would have looked more delicious if it was slightly burnt, but I just took it out. It would have been prettier if I moved to the upper compartment and turned it for another 5 minutes.
