Making Rice with Octopus (How to Make Stir-fried Octopus)
It's time to clean up the spring, right? I'm a little impatient, so I'm going to start with the refrigerator and sort out what I don't eat. As a result, there is a lot of frozen octopus that I bought when I was young. I made stir-fried octopus and cooked rice with octopus because I finished preparing it. It's spicy and sweet, so my octopus rice is more delicious with vegetables and flying fish roe.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Add thick salt (1) to octopus and wash it gently.
STEP 2/16
Blanch washed octopus slightly in hot water.

Cut it into big pieces, slightly blanched.

Shred onion and slice carrot.

Cut the green onion into big pieces.

Tear mushrooms into appropriate sizes.

Cut the peppers diagonally.

Cut the cabbage into big pieces, too.

Make the sauce with red pepper paste (2), red pepper powder (4), soy sauce (2), sugar (2), starch syrup (1), minced garlic (1), a little ginger powder, and a little pepper.

Now, put oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the onions and then stir-fry the cabbage.

Stir-fry carrots in the order of solidity, then stir-fry half of the sauce.

When it's fried, add blanched octopus, mushrooms, and the rest of the sauce

Wash the flying fish roe in running water and strain it through a sieve to drain it with a kitchen towel.
