Put tofu on a kitchen towel to remove moisture.

Mix the sauce ingredients.

Tofu is divided into four parts, horizontally and vertically.

Heat the pan with plenty of oil.

Put starch powder evenly on the tofu and fry it crispy on the pan.
- Fry evenly on the sides, top, and bottom.

Place the crispy fried tofu on a kitchen towel to drain the oil.

Put it in a bowl and sprinkle the sauce.
It would be better to fry it with a lot of oil in a concave frying pan
To reduce the use of oil, I prepared plenty of oil and fried it by rotating it around. I think you can do it in anyways.
