Hello This is Kimsel. :) I was thinking about what to eat on the weekend Thinking Gambas Al Ahio I thought I should try it someday I didn't know it was this simple *o* It's good, so I think I'll make it from time to time Gambas al-Ahio Spanish appetizer boiled with olive oil, shrimp, garlic, peperocino, etc Gambas is a shrimp in Spanish It means al-Ahio garlic sauce Enjoy it with alcohol and it's good as a main dish

  • Shrimp.
    15-20ea
  • Garlic
  • peperocino
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • parsley
  • Baguette
Cooking Steps

Wash frozen shrimp and drain

Season it with salt and pepper

Garlic and chili pepper slices
Cut peperocino and get ready
