Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
First, chop up the green onions or chives.
STEP 2/11
Tear crab meat into small pieces.
STEP 3/11
Beat in 2 eggs, add crab sticks and mix together.
STEP 4/11
Add soy sauce 1, sugar 1, cooking wine 1, vinegar 1, oyster sauce 1 and make an angake sauce base.

Turn on the gas, pour 200ml of water into the pot, add the sauce base immediately and stir well.

When the sauce boils, add starch water and mix; thicken the sauce to a certain extent.
