Our dongchimi radish is a bit bigger than the radish that makes Chonggak kimchi Put dongchimimu in water and just use it. If you soak it in water and wash it, it doesn't taste good.

I cut dongchimi radish in half. Thinly. It's good to squeeze it after cutting it, but it's okay not to squeeze it. It doesn't produce much water.

It's delicious even if you cut a big radish and season it.

Add red pepper powder, garlic, sugar, and oligosaccharide and mix them well.

Add green onions, sesame seedlings, and perilla oil and season it. If it's too salty, you can add a little more oligosaccharide.

It would be prettier if you put it on a plate and sprinkle it on top. The crunchy taste is similar to pickled radish. It's less sweet than pickled radish.
