At this time, put one out of five eggs (with the white) in the bowl of the yolk.

I crushed one spam into a small container and used only half of it because I thought it was too much.

Mix mashed spam well with vegetables in the egg white bowl.
(Spam is a bit salty, so you don't have to add salt.)

Add some oil to the preheated pan over low heat.
Wipe it off slightly with a kitchen towel.
Spread half of the spam egg mixture on a frying pan and cook over a low heat.
When the top side is about 80% cooked, use two spatula to roll very carefully.

Just like when you roll the whites, put a little oil on the pan and wipe it off with a kitchen towel, then pour in a moderate amount of yolk and leave until the top is almost cooked.
When it's about 80% cooked, turn off the gas and roll it on top of the white spam.
If the egg is well rolled, turn the heat back to low and cook thoroughly, carefully rolling the yolk to ensure it sticks well to the whites.
