STEP 1/10
Cut the red bell peppers, green bell peppers, and onions. Rip enoki mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
Please chop the green onion and prepare about 3 tablespoons. :)
STEP 2/10
Prepare the sauce with 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2.5 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 tablespoons of starch syrup.
STEP 3/10
Cut 250g of Korean beef bulgogi into bite-size pieces, pour half of the pre-made sauce, mix it well, and marinate it for about 10 minutes so that the seasoning can soak in every corner.
I like royal tteokbokki with a lot of meat, so there's a lot of meat. It doesn't matter if you put in less meat depending on your preference ^^
STEP 4/10
Pour the remaining half of the sauce into the rice cake soup
STEP 5/10
Put a little cooking oil on a pan that is preheated over medium heat and stir-fry the onions first.
When onions turn a little transparent, add seasoned bulgogi.
STEP 6/10
Then add rice cake soup and add a cup of water (100ml) and boil it.
STEP 7/10
As soon as the soup boils, add the rest of the vegetables and boil them until the soup boils down to a certain extent.
Please taste it. If it's bland, add a little more salt or soy sauce ^^
STEP 8/10
When the soup boils down, it'll be dry when you eat it, so I left a little and turned off the gas.
Lastly, add 3 tablespoons of chopped green onions, 1 tablespoon of sesame salt, and sesame oil and mix it a couple of times, and this is how you make royal tteokbokki!
STEP 9/10
I always eat spicy tteokbokki, but it's been a while since I ate soy sauce tteokbokki, so it tastes so good!!
Maybe it's because there's a lot of Korean beef bulgogi in it, but the taste is deeper and deeper.
As expected, food with meat is always delicious
STEP 10/10
If you haven't decided on the menu for dinner yet, how about a reliable royal tteokbokki that can be easily eaten? :)
