Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
-First, prepare the ingredients for the soup. (Ginger may be omitted, but bacon is prepared for decoration, so you don't need it.)
-I'll grind the carrots later, so you can cut them into easy-to-grind sizes.
STEP 2/6
-Put butter in a pan and stir-fry carrots, onions, and ginger in order, and then add rice at the end. (If you don't have rice, you can use starch.)
STEP 3/6
-When it turns golden, add milk and boil it.
When it starts to boil, add a little bit of chicken stock and salt.
STEP 4/6
-Put the boiled ingredients into a blender and grind them finely.
STEP 5/6
Return finely ground carrots to the pan and bring to a boil to set the concentration.
