STEP 1/3
Peel the pear and put the whole thing in a pot, add sugar, white wine, cinnamon, whole pepper, and water,
Cover and simmer for a while, then lower the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Cool the pear with the soup, cool it in the refrigerator, cut it in half, and serve it in a bowl with the soup :)
