Eat tteokbokki with soy sauce and fried rice cake
I have to go out, but I didn't have anything to do or go grocery shopping today, but if I open the freezer, I'll get whatever ingredients I have. Should I do something with the rice cake soup? I thought so... I changed the target because there was a tteokbokki rice cake I bought while eating a chicken. Shall we make rice cake skewers? Should I make tteokbokki? And then I made fried tteokbokki. I end up eating it with my snacks.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Rinse the tteokbokki rice cake with water and wipe off the water on the kitchen towel. It's going to be fried, so if there's water, the gas stove will be a mess. Make sure to wipe it off without water.
STEP 2/5
If you don't have brewed soy sauce, you can use dark soy sauce or add sesame oil instead of perilla oil, right? I've been to the mart several times, but I always take out sesame oil and buy it..^^;;;Adding soy sauce, oligosaccharide, perilla oil, and minced garlic in a 1:1:1 ratio and mix them together, it is a soy sauce marinade.
STEP 3/5
Put oil in the pan and add rice cake to fry tteokbokki. You just have to roll it and fry it well. I was setting up something to take a picture, and I burned it a little. ^^;
STEP 4/5
Pour the soy sauce over the rice cake and coat it well.
STEP 5/5
I guess today is the day to burn. He put in soy sauce and burned it while preparing rice. Anyway, I made fried tteokbokki.
