Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
I trimmed a tin of old pumpkins.
Cut the old boulder pumpkin with a knife and peel it with a deep groove in the pumpkin.
You can peel it off with a filler, but it's easier for me to peel it off with a knife than a filler.

Cook the trimmed old pumpkin thickly.
STEP 3/4
Make anchovy broth by adding anchovies, dried shiitake, kelp, dried peppers, onion shells, and infinite pieces.
Boil 6 cups of anchovy broth in a pot.

When it starts to boil
Add chopped green onions and garlic and season with salted shrimp.
If you add one chili pepper, it'll be spicy.
Old pumpkins cook quickly. If you don't have salted shrimp, you can season it with tuna sauce or sand lance extract. I sometimes season it with only homemade soy sauce. Anchovy broth alone was enough to make it taste good.
