STEP 1/4
I trimmed a tin of old pumpkins.
Cut the old boulder pumpkin with a knife and peel it with a deep groove in the pumpkin.
You can peel it off with a filler, but it's easier for me to peel it off with a knife than a filler.
STEP 3/4
Make anchovy broth by adding anchovies, dried shiitake, kelp, dried peppers, onion shells, and infinite pieces.
Boil 6 cups of anchovy broth in a pot.
Old pumpkins cook quickly.
If you don't have salted shrimp, you can season it with tuna sauce or sand lance extract.
I sometimes season it with only homemade soy sauce.
Anchovy broth alone was enough to make it taste good.
