Fresier cake~ Spring cake with strawberries
The way to make a frazier is to first lay a Genoise, which becomes a sheet, on the cake mold, and surround the edge of the mold with a cross section of the strawberry cut in half. This is pretty with a unique design. When you make it first, you sometimes make a mistake of placing the cross section inside. ^^ Fill it with creme patisserie, a variant of custard, or creme muslin mixed with butter, and it's done. It's also decorated with glossy glycosides or strawberries and other fruits, and it's pretty even if you don't rip off the leaves as much as you like. Sponge cake sheet (Genuaz) making is already on my recipe, so I skip it. Please refer to it. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Mix milk, sugar, starch, and yolk in a pot with a whisk. (Before putting it on fire)
STEP 2/15
Bring to a boil over low heat, stirring slowly, until viscous.
(Keep boiling while getting wet. Wet over medium heat until viscous.)
STEP 3/15
Remove from heat and mix with butter, then add vanilla and rum and mix. (Custard cream)
STEP 4/15
When the cream is warm, mix the gelatin soaked in cold water and cool.
STEP 5/15
When you put whipped cream on it, add about 10% sugar and whip only about 70-80%.

Whip the whipped cream thoroughly and mix it in custard cream 2-3 times (custard mousse)

Prezier Cake Tecorating
Place the cake sheet on the bottom half of the cake sheet.
Please put on a disposable mousse ring.

Spread syrup on the cake sheet. (Syrup water 1: Sugar 1)
STEP 9/15
Apply custard mousse.
STEP 10/15
Place the half-sliced strawberries around the outside.
STEP 11/15
Fill the gap of the cake with cream.

Cut the sponge to the specification and place it on top.
Please apply syrup again. ^^

Apply custard mousse cream on top.
STEP 14/15
Fill the edges of the strawberries with mousse. Use a cake spatula to smooth it out.
It doesn't have to be too smooth with cream and strawberry decorations on top.
So a prezier cake is actually a lot easier than other cakes ^^

Put the mousse cream in the piping tip and squeeze it out nicely.
Put the strawberries on top.
Dab the sugar powder for decoration!!
Unlike regular Super Bowl, it doesn't melt.
You can cut and decorate the strawberries. Or it's pretty even if you put the green top on top. I used to make it like that. Children and old people are lazy. This time, I took off the top and made it for him.
