Making pork belly braised in soy sauce
I had a pork belly event in this neighborhood for 3,300 won!!!!It's actually next door, but...So I bought 10 geun and grilled it every day, and I got tired of it, so I made pork belly soy sauce^^

Ingredients
  • Pork belly meat
    400g
  • thick soy sauce
    3.5TS
  • chopped onion
    2TS
  • leek
    2TS
  • crushed garlic
    1TS
  • Oligosaccharide
    1TS
  • Cheongju
    1TS
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
I'm going to make the sauce first. Add 2 tablespoons of minced onions, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoon of minced green onions. If you chop the green part of the green onion and put it in, it looks delicious when it's on the pork belly later on
