STEP 1/9
1. Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces. (Onion 1: Green onion 1: garlic 1/2 ratio)
2. Add onion, green onion and ground garlic to pan and pour oil until the ingredients are too small
3. Put it on low heat and stir-fry it until it drips
4. When the water is dry, remove from heat and mix with red pepper powder

Cut cabbage and green onions in appropriate amounts

Cut pork into bite-size pieces
Add half of the amount of pork for the frying powder

Add water until the dough is slightly dry

The dough is thick and it's easy to get tangled, so fry it while removing the dough

Add ramen soup and a spoonful of sauce

When the water boils, add the chopped cabbage

Add noodles and cook, then add beaten eggs and green onions and finish
Put the ramen in a bowl and put the fried meat on top
It tastes better with soup and fried meat!
