Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
If you don't like the fat, blanch ramen noodles in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
I prepared rice cake for tteokbokki. I took it off.
STEP 2/9
Slice the green onion sideways, shred the cabbage thickly, and cut the fish cake to your liking.
STEP 3/9
Add seasoning ingredients to water or broth and boil them.
STEP 4/9
When the sauce boils well, add rice cake and bring to a boil
STEP 5/9
Boil the cabbage with rice cake so that it tastes sweet.
STEP 6/9
If the rice cake has a certain amount of seasoning, add fish cake.
STEP 7/9
Add eggs, too.
STEP 8/9
When it boils, add ramen noodles.
STEP 9/9
Add green onions and boil the noodles until they're cooked.
If you put ramen in right away, the seasoning might get stronger. If you don't like it, reduce the amount of water by 50-100ml and blanch the noodles in boiling water.
