Very simple dish of enoki mushroom jeon with good texture
I'm craving mushrooms these days. So I added mushrooms to bulgogi hot pot, but today I made enoki mushroom jeon. I didn't think about it, but I went down to the first floor to recycle, and I smelled something on the first floor. After smelling that, I immediately made enoki mushroom jeon into a super simple dish.

  • enoki mushroom

  • Salt
  • cooking wine
  • Cooking oil

Cooking Steps

Cut off the bottom of the enoki mushroom and remove each bundle(?) that will fit in the mouth.

I beat two eggs in a bag of enoki mushrooms. I think I could've put in three... Add enough salt to season and add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.

Wet the enoki mushroom in egg water.

Chop up the chives,

Put a few pieces on a heated pan and put chives on top to complete the enoki mushroom pancake.

I thought it would be uncomfortable to eat it with it attached, so I made a bunch of cut ones.
