Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Beef feet soak in cold water for a day to drain the blood.
If there's a beef tribe that hasn't been trimmed yet
Remove the hair completely with a disposable razor.
STEP 2/4
Pour water to soak the beef feet and boil over high heat.
Boil it on high heat for an hour
Add cold water and simmer over medium heat for 3 or 4 hours.

It is healed until the bones are gently removed from the cow's foot.

You can season it with green onions and salt.
