Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Put the green onion in a pot and stir-fry it with sesame oil to make green onion oil
It's good to put in plenty of green onions
STEP 2/4
Remove blood from beef and cut it into bite-size pieces
Put it in the green onion oil and stir-fry it for a while
When the meat color changes, add shiitake mushrooms, bracken, and chili powder
I use bracken because it's frozen
You can call it dried bracken and use it

Pour water and boil it
You can use broth or boil it with water
If you use the broth, it tastes better
