STEP 1/7
Wash oysters with salt water, strain them through a sieve, and wash seaweed several times and squeeze them tightly and cut them with scissors.
STEP 2/7
The ingredients are Parmesan cheese, Italian parsley, onion, garlic, and pepperoncino.
STEP 3/7
Chop the pepperoncino, parsley, and onion and slice the garlic thinly. I boiled the pasta noodles.
STEP 4/7
Put olive oil in a heated pan and stir-fry garlic and pepperoncino, then add oysters and white wine and blow them away.
STEP 5/7
Boil with whipped cream, milk, stock (instead of boiled noodles), and parmesan cheese powder.
STEP 6/7
Add seaweed fulvescens and mix them with chopsticks.
STEP 7/7
Add the boiled pasta noodles immediately and season with salt and pepper.
1. If you just put it in without cutting it, it gets lumped together.
2. It's cream pasta with whipped cream, but I don't like greasy food, so I put half and half milk. Adjust the amount of whipped cream to suit your taste. If you don't like whipped cream, you can just add milk.
3. For pasta noodles, add 1t of salt to 1000ml of water, and when the water boils, add noodles. The time to boil is as indicated on the package.
