The oyster mushroom was ripped and placed, and the enoki mushroom was cut at the bottom and the saesongi mushroom was cut into bite-sized pieces with a knife. Shiitake mushrooms would have been pretty if they were shaped and put on top, but they were sliced dried mushrooms, so I used them after soaking them in water.

Place marinated bulgogi in the middle and top with soaked glass noodles and shiitake mushrooms.
STEP 7/10
Pour the broth made with anchovies and kelp. It's better to make broth than bottled water or plain water.

As the broth boils, it's becoming mushroom bulgogi hot pot.
STEP 9/10
When the meat is cooked, season it. I don't think it tastes good with just the soup sauce, so I add the soup and pepper to season it.
