STEP 1/9
Wash the chicken clean, peel it, and prepare it. (If there is a skin, it tastes bad and it's not good for your health, so it's better to rip it off and cook it.)^^)

Season with pepper and salt and marinate for about an hour.

After cutting the onion, put a cup of water in the blender and grind it. (If it's too big, it won't grind in the blender, so I cut it.)^^)

Mix the ingredients of seasoned chicken sauce (pulled onions, 6 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 10 tablespoons of starch syrup, 5 tablespoons of sugar, 5 tablespoons of ketchup, sesame) in a low heat frying pan to make the sauce.

Cover seasoned chicken with starch evenly.(I didn't use extra frying powder to eat less oil, I only used starch~^!^)

Fry until golden brown~
(Fried for a long time because fat ones may be undercooked inside. I fried it for 10 minutes each time I put it in^^)
After frying for 10 minutes, I fried it for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Place fried chicken on kitchen towel to drain enough oil.
STEP 8/9
Put half of the fried chicken in the sauce that was made!!
STEP 9/9
Put it on a pretty plate and sprinkle a bit of peanuts on top of the sauce to decorate it!
