Shred onions, and slice green onions and cheongyang peppers sideways.

Mix the sauce evenly.

Slice tofu thickly, drain, and fry in an oiled pan until golden.

Make the back side golden, too.

Put onions and tofu in another pan

Add the prepared seasoning and water.

Boil the soup over medium heat until it's too salty.

When the seasoning is enough, add green onions and cheongyang red pepper and simmer a little longer.

If it's all boiled down, sprinkle sesame seeds and finish.
Before using it, put tofu on a sieve and remove moisture for about 2 to 30 minutes before using it, and then use it to make the texture better.
