Slice 2 onions into 3 pieces and cut mushrooms thickly vertically.
(If you slice it too thinly, it will lose its texture. You have to make it thick so that you can feel the sweetness of onions and mushrooms that are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.)

Place mushrooms and onions on bottom net in light green onion oven and honeycomb pork belly and remaining onions on top of sambal net.

Too bad I couldn't post it with red, yellow paprika and broccoli.
The table would have been more colorful. ^^
When I go to the meat store, they sell honeycomb pork belly on display or cut it into the desired cm and ask for a cut. And make sure to chop the onions and mushrooms thickly^^
