This is soft tofu seaweed soup, which is good for making a simple breakfast and eating it. :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare enough ingredients. Please chop the zucchini and onion and prepare it.
STEP 2/8
Put the appearance on a dry pan and grill it back and forth to prepare it.

I simply used liquid broth. Instead, put water, anchovies, and kelp in a pot and boil over high heat. When it boils, reduce the heat to low and boil for about 15 minutes. Add the cheongyang peppers to your liking.

When the broth is finished, remove the anchovies and kelp and add zucchini and onions on high heat.

Then add soft tofu and cut into large pieces and simmer for about 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add 1T of soy sauce

Please break the dried seaweed in a sanitary bag and put it in a pot.

Then add a little green onion and pepper and boil it for a while, and add salt to the seasoning.
