Defrost frozen shrimp in water

Grease the pan and cook the shrimp until golden brown
Add some pepper in the middle
Cool the cooked shrimp and remove the tail

Wash the lettuce clean, remove the moisture, and rip it off with your hands in a size similar to bread
Cut tomatoes and onions horizontally into circular shapes

Mix mayonnaise and Dijon sauce in a 2:1 ratio

Bake the bread in a toaster until golden brown

Spread sauce on baked bread

Place bread, sauce, lettuce, and tomato on top

Put onions and shrimp in order and cover with bread

Wrap a sandwich with parchment paper, place a heavy cutting board or book on it for about 5 minutes, and then cut it in half with a knife to complete the sandwich!
