Jongwon Baek Pork Rib Soup. Bakutte, just like this! I usually like galbitang these days when I want hot soup, but there's no place I like, and just in time, there's a butcher shop in front of my house.I bought pork ribs for braised short ribs at a reasonable price!! I remember using pork ribs to make bakute-like galbitang at JYP BOBBAK. I hurriedly found a recipe and made it. The result? It tastes exactly like galbitang!!!!Don't be surprised it's so delicious

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, soak pork ribs in water for more than an hour to drain the blood.(Change the water 1-2 times)
STEP 2/9
Wash the meat thoroughly in the water to remove the bone powder between the bones for about an hour and boil it lightly for about 5 minutes until the color disappears in boiling water. I put in some laurel leaves at home to catch the smell.This is optional
STEP 3/9
Prepare a fist of whole garlic and crush it with the side of the knife. I use the garlic in the freezer.

Stir-fry crushed garlic and 1 spoonful of whole pepper in a pot without oil. I don't have pepper. I'll just replace it with pepper

Add 4 cups of water and boiled pork ribs
STEP 6/9
Add 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 spoon of sugar, and 1.5 spoon of salt and boil for about 10 minutes.
STEP 7/9
After that, pour 9 more cups of water and simmer over medium heat for about 50 minutes.
STEP 8/9
After 50 minutes, properly-boiled galbitang soup If you don't have enough liver, I think you can add a little salt.
STEP 9/9
They make sauce for me to dip meat in. 2 spoons of soy sauce / 1 spoon of oyster sauce 1/3 spoon of sugar / Cheongyang red pepper / I only made Korean sauce and ate it.It's spicy and salty, so it tastes great when you dip it in meat!! (For Southeast Asian sauce, refer to the ingredients written above.)
I recommend you boil pork rib soup and eat it right away because it can smell like yellow if you keep it for a long time. When storing it in the refrigerator, it is said that you can store it for a long time only if you store it together without filtering out the ingredients!!~
