Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil anchovies, kelp, and radishes in a pot for 15-20 minutes.
Boil the kelp for 5 minutes and remove it.
STEP 2/7
Trim the ingredients while boiling.
Slice the mushrooms
Slice onions, cheongyang peppers, and green onions thinly.
STEP 3/7
If you put sticky rice powder in the pot, it can get cakey
Dissolve in lukewarm water first.
STEP 4/7
Remove anchovies and kelp from the broth and stir well with the glutinous rice powder.
STEP 5/7
When the broth boils, add soft tofu, shiitake mushrooms, onions, and cheongyang peppers.
STEP 6/7
When onions are cooked to a certain extent, add perilla powder and season with salt.
STEP 7/7
Stir it well and boil it for 3 more minutes, and the perilla seed soft tofu stew is done!

    I had a hard time because I didn't measure the water. I started with 500mm of water, and I added two Jangdan bean soft tofu, so it's okay. One is too Han River. And I prepared 5 big ones, so I think it's too much.. Try cooking and try it if you have a good sense of water and ingredients. It tastes like thumbs up
