Tuna kimchi jjigae. It's always simple
The ingredients are simple and easy to make at any time, tuna kimchi stew. It's a stew that even men in my house like to make, so anyone can cook it simply. One head of kimchi and one can of tuna is enough. Son Ram is a big fan of Jongwon Baek, so we made it with ingredients that are similar to Jongwon Baek kimchi stew.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add half a tablespoon of sugar to control the sourness of kimchi, and stir-fry it with 1 tablespoon of perilla oil. Add onions in the middle and stir-fry them together.
STEP 2/4
When the kimchi is cooked properly, pour the rice water and boil it with 2 tablespoons of tuna oil and 3 tablespoons of kimchi soup.
STEP 3/4
When it boils, boil it with minced garlic and red pepper powder, and when it's cooked to some extent, put the whole tuna in and boil it without stirring. If you stir it, the tuna will break down. If you have tofu, add tofu, red pepper, and green onion and boil it one more time.
STEP 4/4
The ingredients are simple and easy to boil. I made a Jongwon Baek ticket as my son wanted.
