STEP 1/10
Cut the whole pork belly in half or prepare it in whole.
It doesn't matter if you use front leg meat or pork neck instead of pork belly

Make me doenjang sauce.
1 minced garlic, 1 doenjang, 1 cheongju, 1 plum extract
Add and mix evenly.
+ And put soybean paste sauce evenly on the whole pork belly and leave it for about 20 to 30 minutes.

Prepare sliced apples, onions, and green onions for low-water boiled pork.
Don't cut it too thin.

Put apples, onions, and green onions on top and sprinkle 0.3 of pepper

Boil for 7 to 8 minutes, lower the heat to low and boil for 5 minutes

Put it in a pot as above and cook it slowly over low heat.
You can cook it for about an hour.

Let's make garlic sauce to eat together while the meat is cooked.
Stir-fry 2 olive oil and 4 minced garlic in a pan
If it smells like garlic and it's cooked until it's golden brown
Add 3 honey and 1 lemon juice and stir-fry until the end.
The concentration is moist.
+ If it's sweet, it would be good if you put it in as much as you like.
I just used the product in the yellow container for the lemon juice.
If you have a lemon at home, it's better to squeeze the raw fruit and put it in.
