Sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon powder.

Add sugar and salt, please.

Mix evenly with a whisk.

Add cold butter, cut into 1cm squares

Mix butter finely with a scraper.

When butter becomes a small grain, stop mincing.

Make a groove in the center and pour in the egg and milk.

Mix with spatula until powder is visible.

Lightly lump the dough together.

Roll dough long in one direction (thickness moderately).

Cut it in half and overlap it.

Place dough vertically and push again, cut and overlap.
Repeat this task three times.

Wrap the finished dough in plastic or plastic wrap and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 1.5 to 2cm thick.

Please take a picture with a 6cm diameter round cookie cutter (you can cut it with a knife!).

Place dough on oven pan and cover with milk.

Mix sugar with cinnamon powder and sprinkle on top of dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 for 15 to 20 minutes.
