How to make Bulgogi Salad
My husband bought bulgogi persimmons over the weekend. I cooked shabu shabu with my family at home. After making shabu-shabu, I was thinking about what to do with the leftover bulgogi, so I made bulgogi salad. I like the salty and sweet taste of bulgogi with a sour taste. I learned it in the cooking class before, and I remember making it when I learned how to cook on a business trip, so I ate it deliciously. I think this bulgogi salad is perfect for wine or beer. I saw the menu at a bar a long time ago. I thought it was weird then, too

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Tear salad vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Wash and drain shredded salad vegetables.
Cut the bone part of the bell pepper, scoop out the insides, and slice it.

Measure bulgogi persimmons briefly with chopped onions (1.5) and sugar (1) in bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/8
Add soy sauce (2), minced garlic (0.5), a little pepper, and a little sesame oil and season it for a second time.

Bake tightly in a pan and cool.

Cut onions into round pieces and soak them in cold water to remove the spicy taste and drain.

Now pour the sauce into the vegetables and mix well.
