STEP 1/23
Put salt in a big bowl first
Sieve it on top of it, then,
Strain flour and sugar through a sieve.
STEP 2/23
Sprinkle instant yeast over fine sifted flour and sugar,
STEP 3/23
Pour 120 degrees Fahrenheit (48 degrees Celsius) of water "slightly" and use a deep hook if you are using a stand mixer
STEP 4/23
Slowly turn the stand mixer.
Don't pour all the water at once and add little by little as you look at the dough.
STEP 5/23
If the dough is this tangled, even if there is water left, leave it, stop the machine, sprinkle 3T of melted butter on the dough, and return it. If the dough doesn't clump together and becomes too messy, add the remaining water little by little.
STEP 6/23
It doesn't stick to the bowl, but it's good enough to clump together. I have about 20ml of water left.
STEP 7/23
Take out the thick hook and pat it a little more with your hands to make it round.
STEP 8/23
Spray cooking spray on the bowl to be fermented or apply cooking oil directly,
STEP 10/23
Cover it with a wet paper towel
STEP 11/23
First fermentation in a warm place for an hour to an hour and a half.
STEP 12/23
I've doubled in about an hour and a half.
STEP 13/23
Put the dough on a cutting board and drain the gas
STEP 14/23
After getting plastic surgery
STEP 15/23
I cut it into eight equal parts.
(It's enough to cut it into 10 pieces)
STEP 16/23
Roll the dough thin and long and place it on the baking sheet so that it doesn't stick
STEP 17/23
I'll do the second fermentation for about an hour.
STEP 18/23
Can you see that it's swollen compared to the picture above?
Now remove the baking sheet containing the dough and the cup or bowl containing the warm water and preheat the oven. Bake for 12 minutes when preheated at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (204 degrees Celsius).
STEP 19/23
My oven is a little strong, so it's a pretty brown color. Olive Garden is a little less brown, but when I tried it, I could chew it a little more. To make the surface softer, we'll have to turn on the heat in the oven and look at the color from about 10 minutes after cooking.
STEP 20/23
Quickly make seasoning taping ingredients when the bread is hot. Melt the butter 2T and mix the salt and garlic powder. At first, I added 1/4t of garlic powder to 1/2t of salt, but it was bland, so I added 3/4t of it and filled it with 1t. The picture was taken before that..
STEP 21/23
First, brush the melted butter on the baked bread (so far, it's just bread stick)
STEP 22/23
Then sprinkle all the garlic powder and salt evenly. I left some because I thought it would be salty, but when I tried it, it was much bland than Olive Garden, so I sprayed it all, and it was about right.
STEP 23/23
I had an olive garden salad-flavored dressing with a salad (@6867549). There was a separate main dish, but he only smashed bread and salad and left the main dish because he was full... ^^
If you don't have strong flour at home, you can use gravitational flour. If you make it with strong flour, the bread is softer and if you make it with gravity flour, the bread is more chewy, but Olive Garden bread is characterized by a soft texture.
