STEP 1/6
Bring milk to a boil over low heat.
STEP 2/6
Add 15ml of water to 5g of powdered gelatin and soak for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/6
Put it in a suitable container and harden it in the refrigerator.
STEP 4/6
Make orange juice in the same way
STEP 5/6
Place on top of hardened milk and let it harden in the refrigerator.
STEP 6/6
If you cut it well, it's done!
If you pour the orange juice on top of the hardened milk without cooling it, the milk may melt, so pour it in a lukewarm state!!
