Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Season the fish with bones. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fine red pepper powder.
STEP 2/4
Coat in the order of flour, egg wash, and bread crumbs.
STEP 3/4
I added more Cairn Pepper. If you want to enjoy it more crispy, coat it with egg wash and bread crumbs again.
STEP 4/4
Bake in an oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
I didn't make a separate sauce for diet purposes^^ I sprinkled a little bit of balsamic vinegar on the salad and ate it together.
