Shaved pork belly with soy sauce

Ingredients
  • Sliced pork belly
    300g
  • leek

  • Sesame

  • Soy sauce

  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • crushed garlic
    1/2TS
  • cooking wine

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Add the seasoning of the stomach and make the soy sauce.
STEP 2/6
Put the sliced pork belly in a pan and cook it while spreading it before it is cooked. (If it is cooked, it will not spread out in a lump.)
STEP 3/6
Close the spilled oil with a kitchen towel
STEP 4/6
Push the pork belly to one side and pour soy sauce into the pan (low heat)
STEP 5/6
Grill it until golden brown while tossing it back and forth so that the soy sauce is mixed evenly (high heat)
STEP 6/6
Place the golden-crispy pork belly in a left-hand plate and sprinkle sliced green onions and sesame seeds on top.
