I got a box of mushrooms as a gift. We're newlyweds, so there's so much to eat together.. I stir-fried it lightly with perilla oil, but I got bit, so I made it spicy.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the mushrooms clean.
STEP 2/6
Cut it into bite-size pieces, please.
STEP 3/6
I'm going to eat it as a side dish, so I cut it in half.
STEP 4/6
Add sesame oil or perilla oil and stir-fry mushrooms slightly.
STEP 5/6
Stir-fry the sauce a little bit.
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry the stir-fried mushrooms and seasonings, and you're done
I used a teaspoon because it was for two people. If you increase the amount of mushrooms, please add them accordingly. If you have chili sauce at home, it tastes even better when mixed.
