STEP 1/10
Cut the green bean ends with scissors or a knife and trim them.

Wash the trimmed green beans thoroughly in water and place in a sieve.

Boil 1T of salt in water

When the water boils, add green beans and blanch for 3 minutes.

Remove the blanched green beans, cool them in cold water, and drain them through a sieve.

Make sauce while the water dries. Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and start cooking right away.

Pour 3T of cooking oil on a heated pan and stir-fry 1T of ground garlic and 1t of ground ginger until golden brown

Put the blanched green bean in a sieve and stir-fry it for a minute

Stir the sauce with a spoon to mix the starch and stir-fry the green beans

When you add garlic flavor to the oil, you can enjoy spicy food by adding seed pepper powder or dried spicy pepper and stir-fry it together.
