A hearty meal. Banana sweet pumpkin smoothie
I bought sweet pumpkin and steamed it in a steamer. I'm just going to eat it... But it doesn't taste good. The really delicious sweet pumpkin tastes good even if you steam it and eat it like a sweet potato, but this is not good. So I couldn't just eat it, put it in a salad, mixed it in the sauce, and ground it with sweet bananas with the remaining pieces and drank it deliciously.

1 banana, 1/8 steamed sweet pumpkin with only seeds removed. Sweet pumpkin is a little more generous than banana.

Cut the banana and sweet pumpkin into small pieces in a blender.

Then prepare 1 cup of milk and do not pour it all at once. Pour 1/3 cup first so that all ingredients do not mix
