STEP 1/8
Leave dried persimmons in the freezer at room temperature 10 minutes before cooking.
Prepare peeled walnuts by shaking off the powder and frying them in a frying pan.
That way it's more savory :)
STEP 2/8
Cut the tip of the dried persimmon with a knife.
Cut in half and remove the seeds.
STEP 3/8
If you removed all 5 dried persimmons seeds, we'll move on :)
STEP 4/8
Put the dried persimmons on top of the seaweed. (Lay the dried persimmon in layers so that it's connected!)
Put walnuts in a row.
You don't just put one walnut on top, but you have to put two on top to make it look pretty like a flower ^^
STEP 5/8
And you can use seaweed feet to roll it well and cut it with a knife.
If it's hard to cut dried persimmons because they're soft, you can leave them in the freezer for a while and then cut them :)
STEP 6/8
Dried persimmon has walnuts, so it feels healthier and tastes better, nutrition, and texture
STEP 7/8
It looks so good, right?
STEP 8/8
My son also eats better if he makes walnut dried persimmons like this than when he only gave dried persimmons
This weekend is the beginning of the kindergarten spring vacation, and I'm going to give it to my child as a nutritional snack often :)
