STEP 1/8
Soak back ribs in cold water for more than an hour to remove the blood :)
STEP 2/8
Pour plenty of water into the pot, add 5 pieces of garlic and 1t of whole pepper, boil it for 5 minutes, then take out the back ribs and rinse them with warm water.
STEP 3/8
Mix boiled back ribs with seasoning ingredients and marinate for 30 minutes :)
STEP 4/8
We're going to make anchovy stock while we put them to sleep.
Boil a handful of dried anchovies and kelp in 5 cups of water, and when the broth boils, boil for another 10 minutes, and then take out anchovies and kelp.
STEP 5/8
Now, put the marinated back ribs with sour kimchi and anchovy broth for 30 minutes and boil them over medium heat. :)
STEP 6/8
Chop green onion, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper diagonally,
STEP 7/8
When the back ribs are soft,
Cut the green onions, cheongyang peppers, and red peppers diagonally and boil them one more time to finish :)

I've tried so many steamed meat kimchi, but this is real! crying
Thanks to the sweet and sour soup, I can't get enough of it no matter how much I eat it :)
I thought I should eat a little, but I let go of myself and eat endlessly
