Soboro bread is the bread you buy at the bakery!! I can't believe I made it with my own hands!!! Oh my gosh.
I had a medium fermentation in the evening, stained with sobo, kept it in the refrigerator all night, took it out in the morning, baked it, and ate it perfectly for breakfast. It was really delicious!!!
After adding butter, the dough was tough and no matter how hard I kneaded it, I couldn't make clean hands, so I thought it was ruined, and it was a complete success.
Even if it gets on my hands, I think it's done if the surface gets smooth and lumped together. Soboro tried to soften the butter but melted it completely over time, but he succeeded, but instead of melting or softening it at all, I thought it would be nice to just cut the cold butter into very small pieces and put it on the cauldron before it melts Then it'll be more of a vanishing Soboro!! :)
